I have been very impressed with Hometown Pediatrics! They really seem to care about the children and support the parents in their beliefs. My daughter saw Dr. Jada Ross today and she was very kind and took her time to answer any questions I had. I'm very glad we switched to here from TLC Pediatrics. It's honestly, like day and night for comparison.
Service has degraded serverely at this office. There are a lot of errors and miscommunication. We are leaving this practice for good.
Staff are always so nice and CRNP Moore is always so nice and listens and makes sure your heard and addresses concerns if you have them. Her bedside manner is great! Office is always clean
We absolutely love Hometown. Michelle is amazing and welcomes us every time, she is very thorough and patient with the kids. Dr. Ross is a rockstar! She deals with our crazy crew so well. For my older child, this was his first appointment with her and it was the most thorough appointment I think he’s ever had, and I can’t wait to see how he will improve now that we have a pediatrician who listens, is caring and genuinely wants to help.
