I have been taking my son here for a few years now and I like the staff. They are always polite and thorough. We always receive good care!
there's no better music to my ears than sitting in a small room with kids screaming in my ears waiting over an hour for the dr, finally doing test and waiting additional time for results: this is EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there. I do not recommend to anyone I know to go here unfortunately, I try to give places a chance, I understand you get backed up but this is every time I have ever come In there.
We traveled from out of town to neighboring gatlinburg and were referred to this office for sick care for our 1.5 yo daughter. We were seen the same day by a very competent and professional physician who listened to our concerns and spoke to us on our level to manage our child's issues. I'd recommend them to traveling parents for sure! !! thank you for great care!
I had 4 sick kids this week. HPA got them all taken care of quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough.
Always so good with my son. They r so nice and friendly. Thank u all 4 being good at ur job ☺
Very disappointed after my visit today. Will be looking for another office that supports breastfeeding to a year or more.
