RecommendedI have had my bad boy since 2017 and have had nothing but killer service from hometown. I love going to a place where I can talk to the owners and mechanics like they are friends! There is no pressure to buy and they explain everything so I get what they are doing. Great group of guys, hands down where my business is going for mowers and actually my new shed.

these guys have been the greatest group of folks to me, they sold me a really nice Cub Cadet mower and then today when one of the back tires got 2 holes in it, and one of them was in the sidewall, they got me a new tire for a great price
Bought 2 green Mountain grills one worked fine other does not work 2 days old . Called Hometown for help all I got was call company . Worst customer service in town .

Finally broke the recoil on a fairly new Craftsman tiller that didn’t want to fire/start. Local shop wouldn’t touch it because it wasn’t a Briggs engine. Sears in Springfield couldn’t guarantee they could work on it and recommended Hometown Mowers Plus. I left it to their discretion as to the repair – knowing it could possibly involve a new engine. Was told it would likely be two or more weeks before they could get to it. Nine days later it is back home and fixed for less than $40. Being from out of town, you just never know... read more
