These people lied to me and refused to service my car because I did not have an oem plug in my oil pan. They lied and told me that the last place that did my oil change forced in a different plug and damaged the threading and the oil pan in my car. Upset, I left and went back to the original place that did my oil change the time before and they showed me pictures of my completely undamaged oil pan.
