I haven't used Hometown Lawn as a customer, but they persistently and illegally call my phone, even though my number is on the Do-Not-Call list. Apparently, Hometown Lawn doesn't think that telemarketing laws apply to them. Why would I (or anybody) want to do business with a company like that?
This company charges you for services you didn't order and they use inferior products. Last year we ordered services through Hometown lawn and pest. However every spray they did didn't help our lawn. Even though our lawn did not look good after the season, we still paid Hometown in full for all of their services. We then told them that we would no longer like them to service our lawn going forward. Fast forward to the beginning of this season.
