Scott was absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He was friendly, incredibly responsive, and truly knowledgeable. This is specifically about Craig Michel. He was incredibly rude to us and was caught in an exaggeration (which I would call a lie) related to what occurred at a home. (He doesn’t know he was caught.) I wouldn’t trust him with the sale of my home.
Scott Elert helped me relocate from North Carolina back to Lodi WI with friendliness and professionalism. He helped guide me through the incredible sellers market all the way to the interest rate skyscraper and was able to find a place that fit what my son and I needed. This is the second property I have purchased from Scott and I'd do it again.
Craig was extremely helpful in our search for a home. We are moving from out of state and Craig was happy to go scope out houses before we were able to look at them. He is very knowledgeable about home upkeep and what to look for to know a home is in good shape. Once we did find the right home, he went above and beyond to make sure inspections and negotiations went smoothly. We will definitely seek Craig out if we ever have any real estate needs.
