Purchased a Ford Explorer from them a few months ago, and had a warranty issue we couldn't resolve through the warranty company. They stepped in and replaced a blown motor quickly and properly, and we haven't had a bit of problem since. Great team, a pleasure to work with, and very technically knowledgeable.
Buyer Beware! I have myself to blame for being anxious. This guy and his team are a prime example of DO NOT PLAY WITH TOOLS! Wrong or missing fasteners, wrong parts, bolts over torqued or not at all....TY God I am Blessed enough to correct the nonsense and stay under KBB. Yours may not be the case, but at least have a 2nd opinion mechanical exam of vehicle B4 you purchase.
