Booked a handicap accessible room and it was anything but. We walked in and there was pepperoni crusted to the entertainment center, no sheets on the bed, the last occupants garbage. Then our guests were told they needed to pay $8 per person to swim. There was nasty stuff floating in the hot tub that looked like chunks of pubes. On top of that the pool heater is broken and the handicap lift doesn’t work at all. I am beyond upset and frustrated. I would HIGHLY recommend staying anywhere else!
Service was first rate. Gentlemen at desk went above and beyond with every request and even assisted when I needed extra help during our weeklong stay. Highly recommend.
