My cats cage wheels kept falling off for 12 years. I use it to take them outside in summer on deck. The bolts and washers were not adequate, I found out from Andy after 10 years of trying to fix it buying parts from local hardware stores. He took one look at what the manufacturer used for the wheels and said no wonder they fell off. Vibration of moving the cat cage loosened the fasteners.
