scheduled an appt through our living social voucher. They were a no show and didn't call to apologize or explain. I think this is so rude! At least have the decency to call and explain that you're not able to come when you say you are going to come!
did NOT show up for appointment and did not return calls or e-mails... *UPDATE* finally contacted me and explained family emergency ...this was our first experience with them so I have no idea if they are actually good or bad but communication is a major issue ... decided NOT to go with them
I purchased a Groupon for this business and scheduled an appointment for them to come help me clean my house the day before I was leaving town for the summer and subletting my house. Needless to say, I was counting on them. They no-showed. They never returned my MANY pleading phone calls. I have read other reviews where the same thing happened. Heidi has been cleaning my home for a little over three years. She comes on a weekly basis and has made my weekends with my family more enjoyable. She is very thorough, always goes beyond what I expect, and always leaves my home looking beautiful and smelling clean.
I was so highly pleased with Heidi's service. My place was just glistening when she was done. If you definitely want the best service in town, give her a call, you will not be disappointed. I am referring her to all of my family as well because she's very talented. I have to work all the time, and cleaning my house was not a priority when I was always on the run, so it's just such a breath of fresh air to come home to a clean place!!
