Jimmy was very helpful throughout the entire process of moving out of state and finding a new “home” for us. He always gave very insightful and professional advice and ideas, and was very patient with us. Additionally he knows the area so well he was able to refer us to vendors to help us get settled in. Jimmy made what is a very stressful experience much easier, and we highly recommend him.

Jimmy helped our family navigate finding a unique/difficult to find home in the treasure valley. We enjoyed the fact that he was supportive but not pushy and when it came down to it he skillfully negotiated in our best interests. The transaction was seamless and he was responsive and helpful throughout!

My husband found Jimmy through an organizational magazine. They began talking about a year ago with no strings attached. They had many phone conversations. Jimmy always gave Great advice, even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. He was Always available for even the smallest questions. We. never had a no reply, or problem getting a response. Having had bad experiences in the past , and one super excellent one recently selling our house in Cali, we knew the difference between a real estate agent and a Super Agent. A Super Age... read more

We have used Jimmy for both a sell and a purchase of our home in the last 1.5 years. Each experience on both ends has been nothing but SMOOTH! Jimmy has such a genuine personality, it’s obvious to feel that he truly is in this for his clients’ best interest. He knows what he is doing and will absolutely advocate in honest, professional and sometimes bold ways, when necessary. His communication was always above our expectations; he never missed a beat and helped educate us along the way. Everyone from lending to title have co... read more

Jimmy was absolutely incredible in facilitating our home buying journey. He was incredibly patient, which was key because we are very picky and saw A LOT of homes. We are also out of state so he spent countless hours doing walkthrough videos for us and accommodating our schedule when we could come to town. We even did an entire day of house hunting during the middle of a snow storm…such a trooper! Most importantly, he really worked hard to broker an amazing deal on our new home (even our lender was impressed)! Ha! Thank you ... read more
