The tech came to our rescue after issues with our oil furnace the weather was on our side not too cold to spend a night without our furnace tech returned with the needed parts to correct the issue we’re back up and running awesome job well done hometown heating I would recommend hometown heating to my family and friends thanks again Dennis R Laquerre Henderson NY

I wanted to post this review a couple years back but I bought a Crown Royal unit from Mark in Dec 2019 and he was extremely professional and helpful. We have a 7000 sq ft home which was a nightmare to heat and this unit had been a total game changer. Our home is always now at 75 and we used the second hook up for our in ground pool. We had an issue with our credit card on the day of pick up and he was super helpful in helping with the solution and I really wanted to write a review to say THANK YOU!
