Bobby was great. Took his time to show us how to maintain the HVAC unit.
Outstanding service from the moment I contacted Hometown Heating. My technician, Bobby, was extremely helpful in properly diagnosing my a/c “issue” (that turned out not to be an issue but another company claimed there was a $900+ out-of-warranty program issue)! Instead, I got some much needed, affordable UV lights on both of my HVAC units to combat the inevitable mold that accumulates here in FL. Thank you Hometown Heating, specifically Bobby for the great service and products!
I just had the privilege of working with them through American Home Shield. They were tenacious with getting my cooling problem solved, trying everything that AHS required before getting the authorization to replace the fan motor. All of their technicians were professional and gave me notice before arriving at my house, which is important because of my dogs. If I had the chance to choose who I worked with in the future for AC problems, I'd choose Hometown.
They should be straigh forward with the costumes. They need to tell the costumer how much the job will be before they make the costumer do all the prepare job. Numbers do the talk.
