Our technician Damian K did a great job cleaning out and getting our AC system back in shape. He was very respectful, knowledgable and efficient. I suspect he also has an immune system made of titanium with how fearlessly he cleans out mold and bacteria that has probably made me sick several times just this year! One can always wish for a smaller bill but the reality is that in many cases you get what you pay for so I'm glad I went with this service because I do have more peace of mind now that Damian is saved in my phone an... read more

Purchased a new Rheem unit from Hometown Heating & Air in June 2025. Had some algae back up from the intense heat - Damian was dispatched next day to flush out the system and add some anti algae chemicals to help prevent a reoccurrence. He was very knowledgable about the system and how to optimize it. He made some very useful suggestions about improvements I could make to keep it running efficiently and extend the life of the unit, WITHOUT giving me a "hard sell," which I appreciate.
