Outstanding Service from Damien and Hometown Heating & Air I can’t say enough good things about Damien. We had a concerning issue where water was dripping through our first-floor return vent because the evaporator coil was sweating excessively due to a partially blocked condensate drain line. Instead of just applying a quick fix, Damien took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and make sure it was resolved. Our experience with Hometown Heating & Air was disappointing. While the HVAC system currently works, the sales process, documentation, and communication for a $10,000+ purchase fell far short of our expectations. Our claim originally began through American Home Shield. Because our family, including two young children, was without air conditioning during extremely hot weather after recently moving from out of state, we had to make a major purchasing decision under significant time pressure. Service tech Ian was wonderful. Explained the issue and gave us a few options. Felt very informed. Was great working with someone that was trustworthy. We opted to have them replace the old unit. Install team came the NEXT day. They were great: neat, clean efficient, hard workers . Can't say how impressed I was. Would highly recommend.

Hometown did a great job diagnosing the problem and pinpointing a solution. Getting to the solution quickly was important to me and they were able to accomplish that while remaining in contact with the insurance company, providing the information they needed to move forward with the claim. Damian was my tech and he did a fantastic job, I asked for him to take care of my ac units from now on. Thanks guys!
