We just had to have a furnace inspection due to our basement just had flooding on August 10th from sewer back up. Hometown has been great so far, from the pleasant lady that answered the phone and helped with questions and appointment to the technician, Jared that just completed the inspection this morning. We were referred to Hometown by our previous company that serviced us as they retired.
From scheduling to the technician, everything went smooth, I needed some maintenance done, the tech was up front with me, performed the work and now my family and I have peace of mind knowing our unit is good to go!!! I highly recommend hometown heating Air and electric!!!! Btw we do the bi annual maintenance plan thru them, tech can locate issues before they become big issues, everyone should do this!!!!!
