This company has been sold to ABC heating and cooling and is no longer a local Cedarburg company. This is deceptive and not mentioned on their website. An appointment was made without an appointment window and canceled at 2:30 PM after waiting all day for a technician. I cannot comment on whether or Not they would’ve done a good job as I will not be giving them a second chance.
Recent bad experience with this company. Then I learned that it was sold a couple months ago to ABC Plumbing (as an aside - the sale was not disclosed or notified to customers or the public - and that's just very poor form). Only through intervention by the prior owner did things get resolved for us.
Had our first maintenance visit since Jeff retired, MIke was awesome, everything was done perfectly, he is very and was very courteous and polite.had our 2nd maintenance this time on the ac unit, Joe was outstanding did everything perfect, the only thing I question is the oil he offered to add to the system and upon research on the internet, this product is designed for older systems and manufactures don't have to honor the warranty if this product is added(I believe our compressor has a 10 year warranty and the system is on... read more
