Hometown is terrific. Jose is a great technician. The company recently merged with a Chicago firm. We were not notified. I’m a little worried about how this change will affect their excellent service. We will be monitoring closely.
Joe Turecek and his assistant did a great job for us today. Efficient and professional in all regards. He found our unit was still under warranty so parts were covered. Cost of service was reasonable. This is another good experience with Hometown HVAC staff!
A/C unit and furnace checked out. Everything was in working order. Service tech was very polite and respectful.
