I switched to Hometown a couple of years ago for my HVAC needs. I purchased a new unit through them and have my other two serviced regularly. Every experience has been excellent. I didn’t think their service could get any better—but today it did. Dylan, our technician, was exceptionally thorough and professional during our maintenance visit. Service was very acceptable, however I have to question billing practices. Service Contract expired and when I received a bill to renew, I discarded. Unknowingly to me they scheduled a visit for bi-annual check-up with my wife. I received a bill 1.5 yrs later with dates that have yet to occur. I have paid as I felt obligated due to miscommunication by both parties and I did get 3 visits. I have been using Hometown for a while now and trust them to provide quality honest service. I haven’t been disappointed yet! Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was very impressed with Dylan this time around.
Had issues with my furnace and it was COLD outside. They came and fixed it the same day. I felt the price was very reasonable since they had to redo the line that goes out the roof (he explained it all, it did not soak into my brain) Appreciate the good service.
In the past 9 years we've had 4 other HVAC companies service our system and Hometown Heating and Air is by far the superior choice if you have a need for service. We've had an issue of getting air to our master bedroom vents, always over cooling or over heating the rest of the house to get a comfortable temperature in the bedroom.
