We had 2 brand new units 3 weeks ago. We got estimates from 5 different companies ranging from large to small. We went with Hometown due to price and reviews. They came in with the lowest price and on better equipment without needing to negotiate. Happy to report that we are very pleased with our choice. We did have an issue with a faulty thermostat but the team swarm around the problem and you could tell they were committed to make it right. In the past 9 years we've had 4 other HVAC companies service our system and Hometown Heating and Air is by far the superior choice if you have a need for service. We've had an issue of getting air to our master bedroom vents, always over cooling or over heating the rest of the house to get a comfortable temperature in the bedroom. Technician Maxwell did some troubleshooting and found and fixed the problem that all the other vendors had missed. We will now sleep more comfortably and save money. I’ve been using Hometown Heating and Air for years now, and they always go above and beyond. I sent them an email late at night about an issue, and they called me first thing the next morning. They were able to come out the same day, figured out the problem, and had it fixed that afternoon. The technician was super friendly and professional, and the price was very fair. Just really solid, dependable service every time. Highly recommend!
