I’ve used Hometown Heating and Air for years now with service agreements at two separate residences. They’ve also replaced two original HVAC systems in my existing home. Their crew is always knowledgeable, professional, and provides excellent service. I’ll definitely be using them again when it’s time to replace my third unit.
This company has been the best by far in Georgia. I have used them for my previous home, and again when I moved. I have had other companies, giving dishonest assessments and this company is nothing like those companies AT ALL. Ryan is a great technician, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. They are reasonable and professional. Would highly recommend!
Wes came and diagnosed our gas fireplace with a valve gas leak. Equipment is old so needs replacing. He was super knowledgable and very friendly. We use Hometown for our HVAC and love the service and price provided. Highly recommend! :)
Maxwell Price was the technician that came to service our air conditioner. He explained in laymens terms what was wrong with our unit and went out of his way patiently helping us to complete the application for financing a new air conditioner with ours over 20yrs.old. Hometown Heating & Air came highly recommended and I can see why with tecnihnicians like Maxwell Price. If I could give him 10 stars it wouldn't be enough.
I switched to Hometown a couple of years ago for my HVAC needs. I purchased a new unit through them and have my other two serviced regularly. Every experience has been excellent. I didn’t think their service could get any better—but today it did. Dylan, our technician, was exceptionally thorough and professional during our maintenance visit.
