I had another great experience with this company! During the July 4th heatwave, one of my HVAC units stopped working after a power surge, and I was anxious to get it fixed. My technician, Maxwell, was outstanding—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the visit. I had a problem with my mini-split AC that Hometown installed a few years ago. They responded immediately. Maxwell Price, the tech, is outstanding. He did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and resolving it. He is highly knowledgeable, professional and a true asset to both the company and to the industry. I can’t recommend Hometown Heating & Air enough! I called them on Friday night, in the heat of July, to say our AC wasn’t working. I got a VERY quick and friendly call back. Ryan was here exactly when he predicted, on Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and we are back to being cool and comfortable the next day! Doesn’t get any better than that!

Our realtor recommended them and they have been quick to respond to emergency calls-same day and have maintained our unit perfectly! They are prompt, professional , polite and very knowledgeable. Great service. Wes arrived on time. He was clear and took his time explaining what was wrong with the A/C unit and what was needed to fix it. He repaired to unit at a very fair price. Fair and honest work. I use them for all my hvac needs. Highly recommend this company.
