I switched to Hometown a couple of years ago for my HVAC needs. I purchased a new unit through them and have my other two serviced regularly. Every experience has been excellent. I didn’t think their service could get any better—but today it did. Dylan, our technician, was exceptionally thorough and professional during our maintenance visit. Service was very acceptable, however I have to question billing practices. Service Contract expired and when I received a bill to renew, I discarded. Unknowingly to me they scheduled a visit for bi-annual check-up with my wife. I received a bill 1.5 yrs later with dates that have yet to occur. I have paid as I felt obligated due to miscommunication by both parties and I did get 3 visits. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Hometown Heating and Air. We had some challenging needs with three different areas of the house needing different things from humidity control to new AC. We had 2 brand new units 3 weeks ago. We got estimates from 5 different companies ranging from large to small. We went with Hometown due to price and reviews. They came in with the lowest price and on better equipment without needing to negotiate. Happy to report that we are very pleased with our choice. We did have an issue with a faulty thermostat but the team swarm around the problem and you could tell they were committed to make it right. I’ve been using Hometown Heating and Air for years now, and they always go above and beyond. I sent them an email late at night about an issue, and they called me first thing the next morning. They were able to come out the same day, figured out the problem, and had it fixed that afternoon. The technician was super friendly and professional, and the price was very fair. Just really solid, dependable service every time. Highly recommend!
