I came here to pick up my machine and I missed my appointment time. Because they screwed up in the text message they sent me and with two different times and different dates. I came right time wrong date Regardless an angel named Kate C. , saved the day and because I was very familiar with this machine, was able to get me in and out quickly. My wife came here to pickup her sleep machine and my initial review 4 stars. 4 months later, very bad customer service. Had trouble with the mask and unable to get a a good night sleep, for even the required 4 hours. So she asked for a different mask ( Soft feel type she had previously) They sent a nasal cannula, when my wife called, they told her they didn’t send it and called her a liar.
