Could not ask for a better oxygen equipment provider. All personnel from office to respiratory field are very competent, caring, informative and pleasant. A huge difference from other suppliers I have used. Feel like family!
Hometown has been a god send for me. Their customer service is excellent. I require a non invasive ventilator and oxygen. Lindsay and Stan are excellent and so knowledgeable. My NYU neuromuscular pulmonologist is also impressed with them. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The care I receive goes above and beyond. Everyone works as a team from Barb that calls me back to schedule to Felix that delivers my oxygen equipment. I can’t sing their praises enough. I definitely recommend. 100%!

Just opened two packages of CPAP supplies and was sent all the wrong stuff. Unusable!
