We needed to pick up a nebuliser urgently and Hometown Healthcare was extremely helpful and accommodating! I cannot thank the friendly staff enough for going above and beyond to get us sorted.
Very poor communication I have been chasing an order for two weeks now sent inquiry no response. They can’t seem to answer simple questions as to why they can’t fill an order. Blamed the Dr’s office and told me to follow up with the Dr. well I think this is not my job I’m just a customer looking for my order, this is not rocket science

Could not ask for a better oxygen equipment provider. All personnel from office to respiratory field are very competent, caring, informative and pleasant. A huge difference from other suppliers I have used. Feel like family!
