Been trying to make a tooth extraction appointment at this establishment for insurance reasons and what a joke. Going on the 4th week just trying to make a appointment. 4 weeks. They never pick up the phone. They call back sheh they feel like it (days later) if they do at alll. And when they do they always have another step or excuse they shoukd have stated before on why you can't schedule the appointment.........This establishment is a joke and I see why it's one star.
Been trying to get in to see surgeon for over 3 weeks. Playing phone tag with them. Wish I could actually talk to someone without leaving a message. Very frustrating
