They answer and immediately say please hold, didn’t even give me a chance to talk. Been on hold for 24 mins. They keep putting me on hold and I feel they are going to do that until they close!! Not ok!! Not impressed!! UPDATE- Sure enough! Thank you all for ignoring me on hold for 48 mins until you closed. Makes me feel like you all don’t care much about your patients!
