Elisa and her staff are amazing. So nice when you need medical care to talk to an actual person and when you go in you see their smiling, welcoming faces it's so refreshing. They generally care about the patients, never feel rushed and they take the time to understand concerns and find a solution. Rather Elisa or anyone on her team, rest assured you will be taken care of. Great, convenient location too!!! Couldn't recommend this office more!!!!!
I have been a patient for almost a year. I had gone without a PCP for several years after mine left town. Elisa and her team helped me lost almost 100 pounds! They diagnosed me after running tests that no other doctor had thought to run and gave me the knowledge and the tools to help me be successful after years of trying to lose weight on my own. Cannot thank them enough! If you are on the fence about joining Hometown Health and Wellness, I can't recommend them enough! Will forever be thankful for them!
Wonderful, caring staff! Elisa Bergquist, Nurse Practitioner, pays attention to personal detail and is so insightful. I highly recommend Hometown Health and Wellness. From IV infusions to urgent care…they provide everything you need in one place (and at an affordable cost)! They are a Direct Primary Care office and I don’t have to stress about insurance. Truly the best health care office in La Porte, Indiana!
Elisa is amazing! She takes the time to really understand what her patients need, obstacles they may have and understand what they are experiencing. Which is hard to find. As she also interested in preventative health, IV vitamin infusions are available. I’ve had one and I can’t remember when I had ever felt that good!! I honestly tell everyone I can about how wonderful it was and constantly recommend people try it! I would recommend Elisa to everyone and sincerely appreciate her!!
