I always try to shop local but have been let down one too many times by the lack of service and help from Hometown Hardware in Canton. I have been trying to get a lock off of my trailer hitch basket because I lost the key. I first called Hometown Hardware and before they let me explain the lady told me to call a locksmith and hung up. I know it wasn't because they were busy, I've literally been the only customer in there every time I've been.
