His communication is awful, he will not take accountability for his mistakes, and he is not trustworthy.
Has done great work with a variety of projects throughout the years, emergency repair of a fence, installing sprinkler system, repair/ replace of flooring after water damage, laying foundation for small shed, and I'm sure a few other sive forgotten. Always honest, professional, and prompt.
Don't hire this guy. He doesn't know how to take accountability when he makes mistakes and he will play victim if you try to hold him accountable. He is awful and deceptive. He will take advantage of your services and time and then give you a false and bad review on your business. Do not hire him!! Do not contract work with him! He has refused to pay for services completed through my company.
I recommended his services to my own personal clients and his work was not satisfactory and unprofessional. I will not be recommending him again and he also hired me to clean his mother-in-law apartment he was renting out and I worked two days. The second day and he took advantage of me and didn't pay me. I would not recommend dealing with this person and/or this business whatsoever.
