I recommend finding someone else to work for you. He has been referred to some of my clients I clean for and he either shows up late or doesn't at all. He smelled like alcohol on the job and he didn't pay me for work I have done for him. I don't recommend his service or work ethic.

He hired me to clean his rental. He never paid me after I performed two days of extensive labor. I would not do business with him or hire him to do anything handy. His work is sloppy and unprofessional.
Vinyl flooring, is heaved in many places and done incorrectly. He moved a vent and it's crooked. I ordered a mirror He moved the tabs on it and put wire on it. It floated all over the wall. The next handyman moved the tabs back where they originally were and put screws in the wall to hang it. He caulked over the dirt and paint above the shower. He put a baseboard on which he had cut wrong and caulked it in it also had a big gash in it. He did hang a light correctly and a cabinet. He did pull a toilet and put it back correctl... read more
