I really appreciate them they helped me and now I have to go back to get other foot taking care of greatful for having use.
Dr. Brown in the Saginaw office did his job. His office staff however, was lacking. Especially his billing department. I contacted the office to find out if we owed anything for our visit and they referred me to the billing office. The billing office indicated that yes we had a balance and I could pay it online. I explained that I needed a paper bill and they said they would get one out that week.
