Words can not begin to describe my disappointment with this company. I ordered flowers the evening before a funeral only to get a message the day of saying they won't deliver the flowers I ordered because they didn't want to send another delivery out and they didn't have time to make the arrangement before they left. Granted I received my money back but who refuses to deliver to a funeral?. Why contract with funeral homes and charge large delivery fees if you're not going to deliver?
