Matt and the team were so great to work with, we have used them for our flooring purchase and installation three different times in the last two years. They are fairly priced, and bend over backwards to help get what you want. 10 out of 10
I had a great experience with HomeTown Floors - from the free estimate to the installation, everyone was so helpful and professional. Our new living room carpet looks and feels amazing. I'll definitely be calling them again when it's time to recarpet my office.

Wow - couldn't be more impressed with Hometown's customer service from initial visit all the way through installation. We had a big job (something like 80+ boxes of hardwood) to convert all of the carpeted area on our main floor to hardwood floors. Hometown took great care to make sure that we were picking the right colors and that our new floors would be the right choice for a wheelchair accessible environment. All around Great service and team. Where do you go that the actual owners show up at your home to do your bid, and are available to help anytime and answer all your questions. Tony, Susan, and Matt are fantastic! Then the two guys who came out and did all the flooring replacement were super professional and nice, heck we bought them a well deserved lunch one day for all their hard work they were doing. Floors just look great! Bonus there are puppy cuddle when in the office. 😁
