Great experience. The salespeople were really helpful and pointed me to just the right stove I needed. The quote was reasonable and the installers were terrific. They came when they said they would and had the stove working in no time. I have recommended them to friends several times.

Clean gas stove! Eric and Mike are super guys. My stove was not heating properly before they came and with in 30 minutes they had it cleaned, and I mean CLEANED, and they were on their way. It works great ever since. I am in business and really appreciate when a company goes the extra mile to do their job right! Thanks Guys

Fraudulent! The review left by Sarah Taylor February 08, 2014, was left by the owners of Hometown Fireplace outlet in my name. You can see my review dated January 08,2014 under "other reviews from the web" or you can visit the better business bureau for full details of my complaint they did not respond to. They are posting false glowing reviews of their own company- beware.
Great experience! After having Hometown Fireplace Outlet install our F3100 wood stove, we have been more than thrilled with the wonderful staff, performance of our stove, and the overall experience we have had. It heats my entire house and has gotten us through a very cold winter with very low utility bills. WE LOVE THEM!!! I recommend to all my friends and family to use Hometown Fireplace Outlet for all their hearth products! Professionalism, friendly, and knowledgeable to sum it up: GREAT EXPERIENCE!
I had a Furnace,AirConditioning,and Fireplace installed great price great service no problems seems odd other reviews so bad but you know no one seems to take the time to write good reviews only bad ones Check them out you'll see don't just read a couple reviews . Highly recommend this company!!!!!!
I have left full reviews on Angie s list, BBB, and Google for more details. I have documentation and pictures verifying everything I claim. The chimney for our wood stove was installed incorrectly and unsafely two times, Hometown Fireplace Outlet offered no compensation, and stopped responding to our inquires for resolution. We hired a certified inspector who found many issues with the installation.
