Nurse Practitioner owned Family Practice clinic where we treat you like family. We see patients from newborn to 100+ years old. We accept Medicaid/Soonercare, Medicare, and most insurances. We are accepting new patients and are continuing to see patients in the clinic during COVID. Call and see if we accept your insurance or for our discounted cash pay prices. We don't require you to wear a mask unless you are having COVID symptoms, but you are welcome to wear one if you wish.

Terrible.
The nurses were very polite and the place was so clean. I met my doctor and she was amazing and a good listener. This is the first time me getting a primary doctor in Chelsea. Love the area as well very friendly people.
