Hometown saw me within a couple of hours to remove a torn and stuck contact. The Dr and the staff at Hometown are Amazing and care about their patients!
Simply the best. Dr. Walton, Anna, and the rest of the staff are so outstanding that I wouldn’t trust my family’s eyes to anyone else.
I ordered my glasses from Hometown eye care and optical (I had my eyes tested in Thermopolis. So used the Rx from Thermopolis in the original order). I had issues with being able to see distance clearly when the glasses arrived. The staff and the doctor went above and beyond to ensure when I reordered the glasses the lenses would be just what I needed. I cannot recommend them enough. Great service!!!
I had a wonderful experience today at hometown eye Care! Dr Walton was great! Shannon at the front desk was great and very thorough, and everybody there was just so polite I recommend this place to all!
Great customer service! They were willing to go out of their way to help a patient from out of town at the last moment.
