I have closed 4 loans in approximately the past 2 months, and have 5th one trying to get CD out, and it is awful. I won't use them again. Communication is poor, turnover with underwriting is not good, and to me mid-level employees slowing things down. Top down is a serious problem. management is awful. I gave them multiple chances. If you are on their wholesale side for brokers please run! I will NEVER in my life use them again. From the lack of communication from your Account Executive to actually having someone respond to your emails to employees ignoring your calls, to almost having the seller back out. This company is one of the worst. Save yourself the headache and stress because your reputation will be tarnished after dealing with this company.
