Very freindly and professional staff. An extremely clean and well kept facility as well. I would definitely recommend them for a Chiropractor or CDL physical.

Purpose of visit was for a D.O.T physical Staff was very well organized and very friendly. Dr. Slomski was friendly, professional & thorough. Received all the information on the spot. Best experience I’ve had with a DOT physical. Would highly recommend!!
