I simply do not have the words to describe how good this dentist and dental practice are. They are excellent with every part of the experience. The office is beautiful team is awesome and Dr. Travis Bauer is exactly what a dental patient needs. He’s professional, gental, thorough, kind, engaging; he speaks in terms I understand, treats his staff well, and I could go on and on about the quality of my experience at Hometown Dental Co. Simply put, they are the best. Thank you Dr. Bauer!
Dr. Bauer is the kindest dentist I have met, and he is very gentle with his work. Everyone in this office is so nice and they actually care. I was very comfortable with the procedure I had done yesterday. Not many people like dentist because of past experiences, including myself. But Dr Bauer and the staff are excellent!
This office is super friendly and helpful . My tooth had chipped while at work , so i called the office to see if they could me in asap. they only had a 4pm available but i knew i would be late if i took it , the front desk lady was helpful and did her best to see if she could get me on a tad later . They luckily were able to get me in by 4:30pm. Nice, new office, friendly, helpful office staff and assistants. Dr Bauer is well-spoken, doesn't talk down to you, and seems to know his stuff. Perfectly willing to accomodate patients, has excellent referrals.
Great experience in my embarrassing situation. They made me feel comfortable and explained several options to help with my concerns. Every part of my visit from treatments to billing was clearly explained. Glad I came in for my appointment.
