Good people fast made me feel ok about going have my teeth pulled
Went in last week and had the worst experience I had since going to hometown dental! The new dentist Dr. Cho is very rude, and the way he treats his assistants is very unprofessional! I been coming here for years and I absolutely love the dental assistants they take their time and are very sweet and nice my kids love them!!! Keep up the work lady’s!!
Just leaving there... ABSOLUTELY the worst!! The NEW dentist DR. CHO IHNBAE, was rude, he walked in did not even introduce himself. He walked in asked the patient name and started looking at the chart.. I honestly don't think he even knows what he was doing! He only checked what her chart said from the last visit... he was very rough with my CHILD. He cut the side of her mouth with the tools he was using.. then he kept hitting her broken tooth with the tool he uses and made her tooth break more and now shes hurting...then he... read more
Just made a phone call 8-30-24 at 10:50. Whoever the lady at the desk is extremely rude. She answered the phone with sarcasm and was rude when I asked how she was. Usually I wouldn’t care but when I mentioned I had a painful tooth and needed to been seen today she very rudely say “ sorry don’t have drs today”. Okay. After I said thank she just said “okay” and slams the phone down and hangs up. That doesn’t sound like a good voice for the company.
