Extremely shady service. I supposedly received a deep clean back in January. And I signed up for the Lil financing. I went to another dentist and turned out the that I never had a deep cleaning is what it looks like so what did they charge me for and my insurance, this is complete fraud and I will be taking this further

I have a follow up appointment for cleaning my teeth. They let me waiting for over a hour and they said they don’t even know how long I have to wait to my service. I gave up and went home.

2 stars are due to the friendless of the staff, and the fact that I've never had an issue with the many different dentists who have been there in the last few years. Forever, friendliness does not outweigh shady practices. I have been waiting for over 2 years on a refund I am due for overpayment. I keep getting the run around. I've been told to expect the refund in 5-7 business days, only to receive nothing. I've been told the booking department doesn't exist ir has changed. Went to see about getting a cleaning, sign says open, well into opening hours, tried to open the door…door was locked. Knocked and no one came…bad service.
