We have been patients for years. Today I was informed that we need to place a $25 credit on each of our accounts in case we are a "no show." I have never been a no show. Dr. Dang told me smugly that her time is valuable....so is mine and they never take you on time. The staff is fantastic, although they don't last long. Finding a new dental office.
