We have a wheel chair convesion van. A key part for rear suspension broke. Angie worked with Mobility and Conversion company to get right parts and make van safe to transport our little man. Like a new car. Thanks guys.
Fred is a great salesman and answered all my questions before I drove 3 hours to buy a truck form hometown dodge.
They gave me TWO suckers, oh, and a new truck I guess. No, but actually the customer service was amazing, they helped get the cheapest price possible, and my parents took me to target. 10/10
Hometown gives the worst customer service. We were gave wrong information not once but twice. The 1st time was a recall/warranty on our truck the dealer said they couldn’t get the part and it wasn’t covered. Took it to another dealer and were taken care of without an issue. 2nd time was more recently on a recall on our truck that was not completed yet and got the message about the DEF and to see dealer so we made it to the dealer before it went into limp mode and they said someone would look at it the next day. BEWARE – DO NOT BUY FROM HOMETOWN! At first, our car-buying experience at Hometown seemed great. The staff was friendly, and the process was smooth. But that’s where the good experience ended. Less than four months after purchasing our used vehicle, we’ve had to sink over $4,000 into repairs. First, we discovered massive oil leaks, which were so severe they damaged the turbo valve.
