The Service Department & Service Manager Chuck at Ross Chevrolet, Whitehall, NY are the best!!!! Chuck and his service people go above and beyond with customer service, care and repair!!! This is the reason that we have purchased two vehicles through Ross Chevrolet. The ability to purchase locally at decent pricing, plus to have amazing vehicle maintenance and repair are the best selling points that a dealership can have!!!
Had an issue with our Buick while driving down from VT and stopped in to see if the team could help - the man at the service desk was incredibly kind and was able to run our error codes and Chuck took care of us to get us quickly on our way. Each person we interacted with both inside the dealership and service center were so kind. Thank you for saving our day!
