Amazing customer service! The technician was able to help me over the phone with no service visit or cost! Will gladly use this company for all my appliance needs in the future.
Good luck if you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from this store. I purchased 3 appliances and wanted to return or exchange one appliance. They will not take it back after only 2 weeks of use. What a joke this place is. They do not stand behind their products. I went there to support the local merchant (vs. the large chains). I wont make that mistake again.I ordered another washer from Lowes.
