I booked an appointment two weeks ago to get a hair cut and eye lashes for the day after Valentine’s Day, I made all my plans wrapped around this, only to have my appointment canceled, mid day before my appointment! I called to find out what was going on and left a voice mail, no one answered the phone or even made an effort to call me back. Very disappointed.
