I worked out here for about two months on a month to month, cancel anytime membership. I initially loved the gym, but the billing experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite giving weeks notice to cancel both in person and by email, I’m still being charged. When I again emailed and called I was told a refund was on the way, but after over a week nothing has been processed, and they don’t respond to emails. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Extremely poor handling of cancellations and billing.

this gym is well maintained, organized ,and gives off the energy that I know alot of weightlifters and bodybuilders alike are looking for in a gym!

Stopped in to visit, great equipment, awesome environment. will be returning. Great for high level lifters as well as beginner lifters.

Simply amazing. If you need a gym, this place has got it, and more. After going into the main area of the gym, I remember walking into another room to find even more Olympic weightlifting equipment. So much equipment, some new to me. When I looked confused, another member was right there to help explain what it was. On my first day, I met the very friendly owner and another trainer. If you need a gym, long term or just passing through town, this is it. I’m also happy to support a veteran and minority owned local business.

They won’t return calls or messages or website requests for cancellation. When I initially joined they said I can cancel when ever as a vet but when I found out I was moving they said I had to wait full year. Fine. Now that I’m out of area and it’s been a year they are dodging me.
