Stopped by for a day since i live out of the area Best gym in Fredrick County, MD Has plenty of specialized equipment to train for strength sports. At the time of writing this, it seems like some or all of the strongman stuff might not be staying here for much longer, but if I’m incorrect i’d love to hear it. Powerlifters and oly lifters have plenty to work with here. Nice variety of machines, great lighting, cool color scheme, environment and energy is much unlike what you’d find in cookie cutter commercial gyms

After recently moving to Frederick, MD, finding this gym has been a game changer. The facility is always open, extremely clean, and the equipment is top-notch and well maintained. The community here is awesome — friendly, supportive, and motivating. The environment really encourages consistency, health, and personal growth. Easily one of the best gyms I’ve trained at.

I worked out here for about two months on a month to month, cancel anytime membership. I initially loved the gym, but the billing experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite giving weeks notice to cancel both in person and by email, I’m still being charged. When I again emailed and called I was told a refund was on the way, but after over a week nothing has been processed, and they don’t respond to emails. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Extremely poor handling of cancellations and billing.

this gym is well maintained, organized ,and gives off the energy that I know alot of weightlifters and bodybuilders alike are looking for in a gym!
