Beef rib is insane. Do not pass Go without it
The beef rib is like a prehistoric dinosaur bone dripping with juicy goodness. Great char on the outside. The coleslaw made a perfect combo. Totally worth the line!
Got to have the Ribs, Brisket, and beans that have burnt ends. Mac and cheese is sinful and have a nice kick.
Oh man, Fette Sau has some competition. Brisket Sandwich was awesome, tons of nice crunchy outer bits with tasty brisket. Pulled pork was also a standout. Basically, come here.
Order the beef ribs. They are massive—extremely rich, pleasingly salty meat under a black cloak of pepper. Right down to the bone, the flavors of smoke are sweet and lush and long.
Order the Brontosaurus Rib.
Get the Mac and cheese. It's so damn good. So is the cole slaw. So is everything
Brisket, pork belly. Great vibe for BBQ.
