On a national scale, 8/10. All meats done well - texture, bark, smokiness, etc. Complaint = sauces. All too sweet. No proper vinegar option. Sauce dep't reminds of American Chinese food at times.
#dubiDO #FabuLIST I love pulled pork but the lamb belly is to die for. Between the sticky ribs and Vietnamese wings -- go for the wings. Coleslaw is delicious. Live music on the weekends too!

The beef rib. The. Beef. RIB. Poets have spent their lives seeking muses which pale in comparison. Wars have been fought for less. Bike rides to Red Hook have been organized for a mere morsel of rib.
Great pulled pork, great brisket, big open space and nice sauces to boot.
You must try the brisket. It's sensational. As a side I'd highly recommend the beans (with chunks of burnt pork tips), the pickles and the amazing corn bread (it's for honey on it).
Could not believe the line and crowd out the door down the street.Will return another day for beef ribs! Didn't want to wait today!
