I previously reviewed HTB and shared ongoing negative experiences with the HTB banking app that affected my ability to access my accounts. HTB has since come out with an updated app and since my previous review is no longer applicable, I have removed it. As a positive, HTB takes customer feedback and works to fix issues that affect customer experience.
