Love, love, love this bank!! If you have been with a big bank before, like Wells Fargo, you'll be surprised at what you've been missing by not using a local bank like this. Everyone there is committed to great service, and your greeted at the exact moment you walk in the door. I've never had to wait for anything, ever. Plus, sometimes they will even greet you by name -- something you'd never get at a big bank. PLUS -- the biggest thing -- you ALWAYS talk to a real person. Cannot recommend this bank highly enough!
I cannot say enough good things about Hometown Bank but specifically this Shakopee location! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and answers all my questions. It just seems like everyone is always smiling when I come in, very positive vibes as the kids say! Alex helped me the other day and he was very smart and super helpful, super upbeat person. This is the only place I’ll go for banking!
Definitely an amazing bank, I’ve always been treated great and they work very fast Compared to other banks!
