If you want a bank that invests in building and maintaining a working app that is easily and regularly accessible, then I would recommend another bank. However, if you enjoy being regularly locked out of your account, having your password reset randomly, being unable to log in using your stored fingerprint, and having to call the bank routinely to unlock your account, sometimes having to wait days until the next business day, then this is the bank for you!
