Took my vehicle there to get the ac serviced. Vehicle never left parking spot for over a week. I kept calling and asking the status of it and they kept implying they were too busy to get to it. They charged me a $200 diagnostics fee and I still have NO AC

Don’t take your vehicle here. They held my truck for over a week for and kept acting like they were too busy to get to it with vague responses etc. It didn’t move from the same parking spot as I drive past there on the way to work every day. They then tried to charge me diagnostic fees when I finally got get fed up enough to go get my truck and take it somewhere else.

I made an appointment to come in and have my state inspection done, I show up at 9am and the guy that does them never shows up, I was told by the receptionist/mechanic at the front desk that he would call me back when he showed up, if he showed up. He never called, so I called the next day. I called asking if there were any inspectors available he said yes and then I reminded him of what happened the other day and how I was told I would receive a phone call when someone was available. If I could give a ZERO STAR review I would. Dropped my truck off over a week ago to get the AC repaired.. the truck has NOT moved from the parking spot I left it in.. When I called to ask if it was ready 3 days after initially dropping it off they beat around the bush and said they’ve changed a few parts out but still couldn’t figure out what was the issue.
