Awesome customer service. Had my car dropped off and they had it fixed the next day. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with.
We have been going to Hometown for a while. Unfortunately, there was a misdiagnosis of a problem with my son's SUV recently, resulting in us going elsewhere for a cheaper repair. Jeff kindly reimbursed us the cost of the diagnostic. Sometimes honest mistakes are made (nobody is perfect). We sincerely appreciate the great customer service / "extra mile" attitude. We highly recommend Hometown and will continue to take our vehicles there..... when they're not too busy that is! 🤣
This garage is fantastic!..got me in right away & fixed a day later..the staff is friendly & they definitely go above & beyond to make sure ur a happy customer when u leave..will be my garage from now on..10/10 recommend
Amazing experience just moved to the province and needed to have a block heater installed recommended a pan heater. Everyone had recommended hometown to me and it did not disappoint at all. Great experience definitely would recommend 100%.
