never come here i went here a while ago and the service was terrible went in for a overheating engine they replaced the fans it was still over heating on top of that my car would randomly start dying after the fact they claimed it was a bad relay and charged me for it even though it wasn’t happening before i brought it in and then after that when i shifted into reverse or drive my car would literally jump and they claimed that it’s normal when you have problem with the batteries all in all stay away from these people take yo... read more
Took a look at our car when it started wobbling while in the middle of a cross country road trip. Not only validated my concerns, but, when they realized they didn’t have the appropriate material to fix the problem, immediately referred me to another shop in town that did. Refused to charge me for the service, kind, communicative, and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend coming here.
This shop is amazing. I had a small incident and needed my vehicle fixed quickly. I called them and they immediately set up a plan to repair and after all was said and done, I had my car back within a week. I remember paying for the repairs and being shocked at how cheap the overall bill was. - The cherry on top was they even did paint correction for free. It’s clear to me they take customer satisfaction very seriously and I can’t recommend them enough. Use Hometown Auto!
