I'm currently in the middle of an agonizing buying experience with Hometown Auto and their owners. My wife and I purchased a used Ford Explorer at the beginning of September. The car started shifting roughly almost immediately, at which point we contacted the owner, Jessica, about bringing the car in while it was under warranty. Jessica promised us callbacks and failed to deliver multiple times. It's the best auto buying experience in my life!! Jessica went out of her way to get financing set up that went perfectly. A very relaxed atmosphere. The Jeep I bought is great! Jessica's husband is setting up to have a trailer hitch put on. A couple small rust spots but in great shape! I'd go back to these people many times!!
Always extremely friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
