Was having battery issues. (Battery placement was up inside in the fender and tire needed removed to replace it) Rick came to my house jumped the car, so I could drive it in. He replaced the battery and drove it back to my house. Service was completed very fast and the price was very reasonable. He has my business from now on. Thank you Home Town Auto!
They did a wonderful job taking care of my motor problem. Great communication during the process of ordering parts and getting the repairs done. Very knowledgeable. Will be bringing a vehicle back here next time I have an issue.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I finally found people I can truly trust to tell me what was actually wrong with my car without taking advantage of me or pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. They went above and beyond, even taking me home after I dropped my car off and picking me back up when it was ready. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy shop that genuinely cares about its customers, this place is a diamond in the rough. ♥️
We had a major issue with rumbling in our car driving down i55 on our way to Bloomington. Rick was able to get us in late on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, got the parts quickly, and had us back on the road within a couple hours. He even gave us additional instructions and recommendations for our mechanic in Kankakee County when we got home. Highly recommend.
What a great group of guys they got my jeep back up and running in no time
