Unreasonable people (not the staff) I have been going to Singing HIlls Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Loberg is my primary Veterinarian and has ALWAYS been good with my animals. I love the way she interacts with them and talks to them. She was so good to my dog, Shannon, who lived to be 18 years. She once referred her to the Energizer Bunny. As for Carla, I have had nothing but good interactions with her. And they always ask "May I put you on hold". If you don't want to hold, tell them to call you back! These businesses are ... read more

Carla sucks Ive been going here for close to 8 years with no issues. my dog has seizures anytime he goes to vet or groomer they have given me meds that dont help. (Groomer now comes to me) I asked if they could meet outside they said no, thats fine. I found a vet who would, called (wanting them to fax my records over to them) And was put on hold for quite awhile then when carla answered she told me it was trashy and poor practice to see an animal in the parking lot. I explained the situation and she said "id rather ur dog ha... read more

Rude Receptionists I agree that the receptionists are rather rude especially Carla. Every phone call she answers is immediately put on hold and left there for a long time. The new receptionist isn't much better. I do like the vets although Doctor Marge does keep people waiting a long time. The receptionists at their sister clinic in Indian Hills aren't much better and that clinic is so busy it takes forever to get an appointment.

Each Staff Member Makes A Difference The entire staff is excellent, with the exception of one front desk person. I am especially thankful to have Dr. T. Loberg on staff, who is one of the few progressive and benevolent professional vets in this area. The vet. assistants are generally very helpful, but one outshines all others with her amazing connection to animals without words.

our babies We have taken all our pets there for years. The staff are extremely friendly and kudos to Dr. Tammy for taking care of Precious and the health problems she has had. We had to leave Precious there for a few days; she was suffering from kidney failure. We got to take her home to be with us for her last hours. We will miss her terribly as she was part of our family. Dr. Tammy is an awesome vet and a very kind and giving person. We will always take our pets there as long as they will let us. Keep doing the great job t... read more

Very rude people The desk clerk Carla, is extremely rude and highly inconsiderate. They only worry about money here, if you have problems with financials, they won't help. That leads me to believe that they don't care about animals, just the money. Every time I take an animal here, they insist on putting it down, I recently took another pet here, and their attitudes just suck. I do pay my bills, it just takes a few weeks, they refused to see my pet again until they get paid! Really? How's that in the best interest of the pet... read more

Taking our dogs elsewhere Have been taking our three dogs there for years. Started out being ok, but when the time came to put down one of our very sick dogs, we had to wait 1.5 hours before we got him in finally. (We had an appointment.) Seems like they can fit the dog right in when it is time for shots and exams and non emergency things, but when the animal is hurting, that's another story; can't get in for three days. Was paying for some medication at the front desk and someone came in, I was trying to ask a question abou... read more
