The most unprofessional company. Installed brand new a/c unit 10 months ago through home warranty company that paid for absolutely nothing ($8000.00)1st service call 6 mo later and telling us we need to spend another $250000. 2 months later unit stops working. They sabotaged this but we have no hard evidence. Lesson learned. Warranty company and hometown both total rip offs

We have used Hometown Air for years and couldn’t be happier. Gary, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable, and has a very quick response time. He is by far the best technician we have dealt with in our 35 years as homeowners. Our air always seems to break down during holiday weekends and Gary has come out, even at night to fix it without charging us super high fees for doing so. I highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service. Paid for 2 maintiance services. He is Never in office to verify and scheduled our 2nd one. Did new install and when the elevation certificate was performed the ac pad was found to be out of code. When shown the report His answer was well it passed inspection so not my problem.

Back around 2016 I used this company when it was under different management, and it was wonderful then. Now it's dreadful, and I would never recommend it. Even giving one star is too much! I was sent a tech who advised me to change an AC part. The owner then came out to give me his opinion and he told me that it wasn't necessary to change that part.
