I had a very pleasant experience with Hometown Abstract when I used them for a refinance years ago. So when I decided on purchasing a vacant lot a few weeks ago, I knew Hometown would handle it with no issues. They kept me updated through emails every step of the way which was great. I was able to review the title search on the property as it was completed and in ample time prior to closing if I had questions pertaining to it. They made the Closing process incredibly easy. They were great with communication. They were excellent with making sure I understood what I was signing. This is who you want to handle your Closing when you buy a home.

Beware of last minute changes with this group. Never offered any other solutions other than delaying closing. Very poor practice.
