Ordered 10 windows and a 10 ft patio door from HomeTime windows. Installation day arrived and crew was 30 minutes early. Frank introduced himself and Danny and Joe his crew. After walking the outside and inside , they explained how the windows would be installed and got right to work. During the entire installation, I was informed as to progress and any problems encountered. Process was finished under time quoted and look fantastic. Frank and Joe were out standing. They were fast paid attention to details and worked well with each other. They kept us updated with each stage of the installation. And when they finished the window installation, they cleaned up and made sure we were completely satisfied with their service. I would wholeheartedly recommend both Home Time and Frank and Joe to anyone who needs window replacement.
Ordered 2 sliding glass doors to replace older ones that were in the house when we bought it. Price was reasonable and past customer reviews stated they were happy with the quality so it was a 'no brainer' Israel and Vincent did the install. They were everything you could want from an install team. On time, meticulous, respectful of property, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything about the operation of the new doors. Nate and his crew were fantastic with installing our new windows. They did a superb job. The new windows look wonderful and makes our home look new.The work crew was so nice and explaining the process to us of the installation.
