This is my second home that I trusted to Hometime for replacing all the windows. They arrived right on time as indicated on the reminder text. No issues during install except a broken piece inside a curtain shade (made by 3rd party) that they will replace. Windows are beautiful, so clean and clear it makes the world look more beautiful. I got a few quotes and their rate was competitive. I liked the windows are made locally and include an excellent warranty (lifetime for owner). Frank and Joseph were very detailed installers. They were were respectful of property and cleaned everything up. They hauled away the old windows and debris. The windows came out beautifully, and function perfectly. I am very happy with the results.
The installers were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and did the work quickly. They cleaned up and made sure everything was OK and to our liking before leaving. They deserve a bonus for their work!
Excellent installation process. Robert showed up a few minutes early& completed the job in a timely manner. He was kind enough to knock down the dirt robber nests. The designer that helped us select our door was excellent, Dylan and the person who came to measure Danny did a great job. He came in his day off because the other person who was scheduled did not come so the appointment got rescheduled. The secuyscreen door is beautiful
Ordered 10 windows and a 10 ft patio door from HomeTime windows. Installation day arrived and crew was 30 minutes early. Frank introduced himself and Danny and Joe his crew. After walking the outside and inside , they explained how the windows would be installed and got right to work.
